Organization

Balance of Power is still a young team, but its organizational principles have begun to settle down. Every year, the team elects a single head captain and two additional co-captains, one of each gender. There are currently no term limits.

These leaders run the team at tournaments and practices, and try in vain to keep track of the Blawnox shed key. They also select rosters for A and B teams. These rosters are used for the Club Championship Series and a number of other tournaments during the year. Many tournaments are also attended by the team at large.

Balance of Power currently accepts new players throughout most of the year, only closing practices during the Club Championship Series. Players of all skill levels are welcome, as long as they're willing to work hard and learn.
